The ultra-fabulous, better than sliced bread program that is sure to be a great move for the place of my employ.  It's search engine is sure to give Google a run for it's money.  Talk about looking up stuff and finding EVERYTHING.  Why, you put in "John Smith" and it gives you every "John Smith" from here to California.  Can I look for only "John Smiths" in say, any given state? No, I cannot.  Filtering by state was something the highly paid programmers of this nifty bit of code forgot to add.
