Rum Balls and Pepper Jelly

Was a busy day!    Rum Balls with Coconut Rum, Creme de Cacao, Vanilla Wafers, etc...... Amaretto Balls?  Cointreau Balls?  Frangelico Balls?  There aren't enough 'Nilla Wafers in the house!

There will be a skeleton crew at work this coming week.  I'm planning ahead with the Rum Balls.

Right now, I think the wind is blowing a gazillion miles an hour. (Actually gusting to 30mph+) Wind Chime Central.   Dang! Just noticed it was MIDNIGHT!!  Stop Already!
