Let the Repairs Begin

Husband will be taking his German Girl to the hospital today.  An estimated 5 day stay for the "nose" repair.  It'll be rental car week for us, always a crap-shoot.

Continuing saga of the system from hell.....

I got a call from a co-worker last night around 9 ish.  She is stuck in Florida, no flight out until tomorrow (Monday) afternoon.  Her main concern?  She has one case that has to be closed.  Today.  We have been told that there are no excuses for having a late case.  NONE WHAT SO EVER.  One late case, verbal warning.  Two late cases, written warning.  Third late case and we are out of a job.  They system going down constantly and generally being a piece of... work are not excuses.

I detest this thing more than anything in my 20 years of employment there.  Ugh!
