No, there isn't a secretly installed camera in my television. (as far as I know) but Comcast has geeks working for them. Doing something that I would LOVE to get paid for. Finding out when people complain, and then attempting to calm them down or solve the problem.
We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com posted a comment on my site here the other day. And I think that's pretty nifty.
The guy that came out Sunday solved the problem. Chuck has interesting photos of the event over at his site. This kid was the first one that had ever asked to see the Inside Connection. Which was 17 years old and needed to be replaced.
We're good to go!
