I wonder when the canine vote gets counted? I would think the Belgin Breeds would have to be Naturalized before they could even register for any political affiliation, and of course the would have to be at least 2 years 10.6 months old (18 in dog years). You thought Floridians had a hard time casting a ballots!

My bet is the next administration would let your Chihuahua vote even if wasn't a citizen.
