Meredith still hasn't received her Christmas package, mailed Thursday.  It's insured, but that's no consolation if the tracking number shows it made it to Stuart.

I closed my first case on the Worlds Most Dumbest System (why are the initials for the darn thing WMDS?), with some help from Naomi (which some insist on pronouncing "NIGH-omi").  It's closed in spite of the fact that all the training info was for setting up a case, not closing a case.

We've been told to be positive, that it's not going away, blah blah blah.  We also know that other states using this piece of krep have had production suffer.

What I don't know is the name/s of the mental giants that thought "hey, this will be a good idea".  Raise and promotion is probably what they got.  They deserve to be hit by a bus. Several times.
