Day off!

I made Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (thanks, Kay, these are GOOOD!) In the oven now is a Peach Crunch Cake, recipe from a can of Comstock Peach Pie filling.  Pecans! Toffee Bits!  There's just no way it can be horrible.

Yay! Coach Dungy is staying another year.  Got to get Big Brother back to the SuperBowl.  "I got my ring first!"  "Yeah, well, I got to the SuperBowl quicker than you!"  Wonder what brotherly bickering is like in the Manning family.  Archie and Olivia must be proud.

The Peach Crunch Cake has been in the oven a mere 20 minutes and already it smells fabulous!
