Back to work today. Semi-Organized my Chaos the other day. Everything is loaded on the best system in the Universe, now it just has to be sent to the docs for review. Now, repeat after me "Just because my doctor says this is necessary, DOES NOT mean that my insurance covers it." And now repeat this "Just because I pay premiums, DOES NOT mean that I get everything I want." When you get insurance (of any kind) you are signing a contract, and contracts have rules and exclusions and whatnot. Read them and become familiar with them.
